Todd and Molly Markulics

Todd has been a part of Camp Mataponi for 17 years.  He has held every level of camp positions, from counselor, to Activity Director and has been the Assistant Director for the past 13 years.  He graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional/Camp Management from the school of Health and Human Services.  He is an avid sports and outdoor enthusiast and enjoys hiking, cycling, running, and playing on an organized men’s softball team.  He is a Level 1 and 2 certified US Lacrosse Coach and he has also coached youth soccer and baseball.

Molly has been part of the Mataponi family for 15 years, filling many different positions throughout the years, from counselor to Unit Leader to Office Manager.  Molly works diligently behind the scenes and throughout the year to make sure our summers run smoothly.   Before coming on full-time for Mataponi in 2005, she worked as a teacher for children with autism.

Although Molly and Todd did not meet at Mataponi, the camp holds a very special place for them.  Todd proposed to Molly in front of the whole camp and they’ve been fortunate enough to watch their 3 children grow up surrounded by their large camp family, every summer in Maine.
