Leaders in Training

LIT- Leadership In Training is a program offered to rising high school Seniors. A prerequisite for the program is that applicants must have attended Camp Mataponi as a camper for at least one summer.

The role as a LIT is to learn how to effectively teach, coach and counsel children. Through experiential learning via shadowing and assisting senior staff, LIT’s will learn to become successful and talented counselors.
