Elana Karp

My name is Elana Karp and I am a chef, entrepreneur and mom of two, living in New York City. I was a camper at Mataponi for 5 years (1996-2001) and still have dinner with my camp friends every month! 

Professionally, I have spent my career working to help people eat better. I am currently the Co-Founder and COO of Stocked,  an a la carte prepared foods marketplace, with an organic, healthful weekly changing menu you can mix and match as you please. No composed meals, just separate salads, grains, proteins, and more that you can incorporate into your eating routine the way it works for you. Stocked currently delivers to New York City, Westchester, and parts of Connecticut and New Jersey with new zip codes added each week!

Previously I Co-Founded Kittch a creators platform for chefs, and before that Plated, the meal kit delivery company. While at Plated, I wrote a cookbook, Plated, which came out in 2016.
