Mena started at Camp Mataponi in 2013 as a Salad girl. In 2017, she became a Junior Chef. Promoted to Head Chef in 2019. Mena lives in Los Cabos, Mexico, she graduated from the Culinary Arts academy and works as an Executive Chef in the same city.
She is passionate for coffee and food, but also loves to travel around the world. She loves nature, spends her free time running and exploring new places.
Favorite thing about Camp: It taught me that it does not matter where you are from, every year you make friends that end up being like family. It’s my home away from home since 2013.
