Kevin Gunn

Kevin has been a summer camp sailing instructor since 2002, including six summers as a cabin counselor at an all boys camp. After getting married it was time to move to a girls camp. Kevin has been at Mataponi since 2023 with his wife and two daughters. He lives and works in New Orleans as a high school teacher and sailing coach.

Favorite thing about Mataponi: all that Mataponi has to offer, the cooler weather, the close-knit community, and all the smiles shared by the girls as they go boating on Sebago Lake.
